Because many of our products are handmade and made from natural materials, including olive wood, individual pieces may vary.

Natural variations may include differences in:

  • Minor imperfections
  • Dimensions

These natural and handmade variations are not necessarily defects and are part of the character of handmade products.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

When we describe a product as being from, made in, or associated with the Holy Land or a particular location, those descriptions are intended to accurately reflect the product’s origin, materials, craftsmanship, or historical/cultural connection, as applicable.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are accurate. However, if an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel an order affected by the error.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or other charges may be added to an order as applicable.

  1. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for reasonable reasons, including:

  • There is an obvious pricing or product-description error
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • We are unable to process payment
  • We are unable to ship to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled order.

You may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In that case, the order will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be successful if the order has already been processed or shipped.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, WooPay, Google Pay, Affirm, Klarna, Cash App, and Afterpay.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Payment services are provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We currently ship orders using USPS and may offer shipping to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and selected countries in Europe.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Customers ordering from outside the United States may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Bethlehem Ethos does not control customs processes or delays and cannot guarantee that an international shipment will clear customs within a particular timeframe.
